To increase efficiency, the Doc List can be edited by multiple users at the same time. The first initial of other editors on the same Doc List tab appear in the toolbar.
Each editor is designated their own colour, in which the icons with their names will be coloured. The cell they are editing on will be bordered with their corresponding colour, making it easy to track the where other users are on the Doc List.
