How to mark Wisedocs.com as a "Safe Sender"?

To avoid any disruption in our email correspondence and to ensure our messages reach your inbox, we suggest that you add wisedocs.com domains to your list of "safe senders".

Follow the below instructions to mark wisedocs.com email domains as "safe senders". By ensuring that the wisedocs.com domain is marked as a safe sender, you will continue to receive important updates and downloads without interruption.

For Gmail Users: 

1. Open Gmail and go to "Settings" by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select "See all settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Create a new filter."
5. In the "From" field, enter "no-reply@wisedocs.com".
6. Click on "Create filter."
7. Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam."
8. Click on "Create filter" again to save the changes. 

For Outlook Users: 

1. Open Outlook and go to "Settings" by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner. 
2. Select "View all Outlook settings."
3. Navigate to "Mail" > "Junk email" > "Safe senders and domains."
4. In the "Safe senders and domains" section, click on "Add".
5. Enter "wisedocs.com" in the input field and click on enter.
6. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
